EYE PRIMER - TINTED
Use Eye Primer to make the eyeshadows more intense and long lasting. Apply it on your lid with your finger and let dry. The Eye Primer is also nurturing for the sensitive skin around your eyes. You can also attach glitter with the Eye Primer. The Eye primer comes in to shades Beige and Transparent. The Beige Eye Primer also works as a concealer.
